Brand strategy, name and identity for a Welsh kinesiology practice making holism approachable.
Body Talk Kinesiology is a Welsh holistic-health practice run by Angharad, focused on kinesiology and bespoke services tailored to individual health concerns. Kinesiology is little understood by the audience it most helps. The brand had to do the explaining before Angharad could.

The outcome
A complete brand for Body Talk Kinesiology, anchored on a name that does some of the work itself.

- A brand strategy workshop and full brand naming process. "Body Talk" landed as the name that explains the practice in two words.
- A complete visual identity: logo, palette, typography and brand voice
- A brand guidelines document the practice can apply across digital and clinic-day touchpoints
- A media tool kit covering social templates and digital application
- An off-boarding digital presentation Angharad uses to introduce kinesiology and the Body Talk approach to new clients

Since launch, Body Talk has a brand that travels with Angharad into client conversations and across social. Enquiries about the practice have lifted as a result.

The challenge
Angharad founded Body Talk to bring kinesiology to a Welsh audience that mostly hasn't heard of it. That created a layered problem.
- The category needs explaining. Most prospective clients don't know what kinesiology is, so the brand has to do the introductory work before any conversation can happen.
- The audience needs feeling safe. Holistic health works on trust. Clients arrive with chronic issues that conventional routes haven't resolved; the brand needs to read as professional and warm at the same time.
- The founder is the practice. As a one-person operation, Angharad needs the brand to handle the lifting that an in-house marketing team would normally do: social, client comms, education and lead generation, all without taking time away from clinical work.
There was also a practical layer. Angharad had been struggling with consistent messaging, social engagement, time management and testimonial collection. The brand needed to make these easier, not harder.



Our approach
We started with a brand strategy workshop with Angharad. The point was to get past "what does kinesiology do?" and into "what does Body Talk specifically do, for whom, and how should that feel?"
Key creative decisions:
- A name that does double duty. "Body Talk" reads as both the modality (kinesiology listens to the body) and the relationship (a calm, plain conversation rather than a clinical pitch). It gives Angharad an immediate way in for any first conversation.
- A visual register tuned for trust. Considered palette, generous spacing, calm typography. The brand reads as professional and warm, not crystals-and-incense, and not clinical-cold.
- An identity system designed for a single-operator practice. Logo variations, social templates, clinic collateral and digital assets, all built to be reusable without us in the room. Angharad applies the brand to new posts and updates without commissioning new design every time.
- An off-boarding digital presentation as a teaching tool. A reusable deck Angharad uses with new clients to introduce kinesiology and the Body Talk approach. Reduces the explanation burden on every initial conversation and gives clients something to take away.
- A media tool kit that handles the ongoing. Templates, layout patterns and asset libraries so the social presence stays consistent between client appointments and clinic days.





What it does for Body Talk
Angharad walks into client conversations with a brand that handles the category education for her. Prospective clients arriving on social meet a practice that reads as professional and approachable from the first scroll. And the toolkit means she can keep the brand alive across social without it taking the place of clinical work.
