Outcome

A complete brand, website and launch toolkit for a new women's wellness studio in Abergavenny.

Belle Vitale Wellness is a new boutique fitness and wellness space in Llanover, Abergavenny, founded by personal trainer Suzanne to offer women a place that honours strength without sacrificing softness. We built the full brand, the website and the social launch toolkit alongside the studio opening.

No shouty caps. No beast mode. No cold, corporate minimalism. And nothing pink for the sake of it.

That was the client brief in four lines. The brand had to feel like the opposite of every gym brand the founder didn't want to build.

The outcome

A full brand and launch system for Belle Vitale Wellness, ready the day the doors opened:

  • Brand strategy, name rationale and tone of voice
  • A full visual identity system: logo variations, palette, typography and brand guidelines
  • A custom Showit website with ClubRight booking integration
  • A bank of launch-ready social content and brand-aligned templates the team can use to keep posting independently

The website began converting interest into bookings within twenty-four hours of going live. The brand looked, sounded and felt consistent across every touchpoint from day one.

The challenge

Belle Vitale opened in Llanover, a small village outside Abergavenny, as a deliberate alternative to both the chain gym and the personality-driven Insta-trainer. The physical space already carried the tone: natural textures, curated Technogym kit, the sense of safety and warmth that comes from a studio designed for one specific audience.

The brand had to translate that physical experience into a digital-first identity that:

  • Built trust quickly with prospective members who had never set foot in the studio
  • Read as considered and grown-up, not generic wellness-stock
  • Could fuel a launch campaign on social before the studio was open
  • Earned bookings without needing a sales-led pitch

With the studio nearing completion, the brand had to come together fast. But speed couldn't come at the expense of depth.

Our approach

We started with a brand strategy session focused on what the studio actually is, not what category it sits in. The answer was clearer than "gym": Belle Vitale is a sanctuary, a place women come to reconnect with their own strength on their own terms.

The socials

Key creative decisions:

  • The name carries a strategy. "Belle Vitale" means beautiful vitality, with Latin roots that anchor the brand in femininity and strength rather than fitness-industry vocabulary.
  • A logo system built on three pillars. Three abstract organic shapes (a half-circle, a circle, a half-bowl) stack into a calm, balanced figure representing mind, body and inner power. The same shapes work as a full logotype, a short mark, a standalone icon and a circular badge.
  • A palette that signals the category accurately. Dusty pinks, olive greens and calming neutrals. Warmth without falling into the pink-for-pink's-sake trap the client wanted to avoid.
  • Typography that balances boldness with grace. Sedra paired with Figtree. One for confidence, one for clarity.
  • A tone of voice grounded in real women's experience. Plain, supportive, occasionally cheeky. Never patronising. Never preachy.
The divisions of the logo

The Showit website was designed and built to do two jobs: introduce the brand and convert visitors into bookings. The ClubRight booking integration sits inside the brand rather than alongside it, so the booking flow feels like part of the experience rather than a third-party bolt-on.

For the launch, we delivered a bank of pre-built social content (countdowns, class teasers, studio previews) and reusable templates so the Belle Vitale team can keep producing brand-consistent content independently after we handed the keys back.

Each potential of the logo

What it does for Belle Vitale

The brand doesn't need Suzanne to explain it. Prospective members understand who Belle Vitale is for and what it stands for before they walk through the door. The studio opened with a fully formed identity that scales: new classes, new instructors, new services can all slot into the existing system without rebuilding from scratch.
