Sales Made Easy is a sales consultancy that helps sales professionals get better at the work. The brand needed to look like the consultancy talked: clear, confident, energetic, with the kind of character that makes people want to take a meeting.

A complete brand identity, a tone-of-voice system and an animated explainer for Sales Made Easy.

Since launch, Sales Made Easy has a brand that travels into prospect conversations as a credibility signal rather than a follow-up afterthought.




The challenge
The sales-training space is crowded. Most brands in the category default to either grey-corporate (suits, handshakes, generic stock) or motivational-loud (caps lock, bold yellow, "crush your quota" energy). Sales Made Easy needed to sit clearly outside both.
The brief had three parts:
- Build a brand that signals strategic credibility without slipping into corporate stiffness
- Stand out in a category dominated by visual sameness, but stand out in a way that prospects actually trust
- Carry the same character across visual, verbal and animated touchpoints so the brand felt consistent wherever it showed up





Our approach
We started with a discovery session to surface what makes Sales Made Easy distinct. The answer was less about the methodology and more about the energy: a consultancy that's confident enough to be direct, warm enough to be approachable, and specific enough to be memorable. The brand needed to embody all three.
Key creative decisions:
- A bold character system instead of stock imagery. The brand uses a custom illustrative character set as its visual anchor. People rather than abstract shapes, drawn rather than photographed, with the kind of personality that gives the brand a recognisable face across formats.
- A palette and typography pairing that reads as energetic but considered. Confident colour, considered weight, type that lands with intent. The combination signals a consultancy that knows what it's doing without shouting about it.
- Brand activation guidelines built for ongoing use. A document the team applies day-to-day for posts, decks, proposals and outreach without commissioning new design for every piece.
- A tone-of-voice framework as part of the system. Brand isn't only visual; the way Sales Made Easy writes is also part of the recognition. The tone-of-voice guide gives the team a reliable register across written touchpoints.
- An animated explainer produced with Tiny Wizard Studio. A short film that puts the consultancy's offer into a single watchable narrative for prospects, useful at the top of sales conversations and as an evergreen asset on the site.
