Hello friends! If you’ve known us for a while, you’ll know that we’re big believers in bringing brand, marketing and sales into one clear, purposeful story. Lately though, we kept bumping into the same thought; does our own brand tell the right story? Not long ago, over a table of scribbles and post-its (and a nice bottle of red), we came to the conclusion that the answer was no. We had that itchy feeling every brand leader recognises: our story isn’t quite landing anymore. The visuals felt like an old jumper we’d outgrown, and our copy didn’t capture the lively, side‑by‑side way we now work with clients.
We had drifted off-course.
Over the last few years we have undergone some challenges and transformations (that’s a whole big story for another day) and with those changes, we’ve evolved. Evolved in how we do things, how we approach projects, how we deliver on our promises and quite frankly…in every other way possible.
So we challenged ourselves to do what we recommend to every brand in a transformational stage: pause, reflect, and realign.
Better, not bigger
The process wasn’t always tidy. There were evenings when the two of us argued about whether a colour felt “confident” or merely “loud,” and mornings when we scrapped entire concepts because they didn’t ring true. There was even a period of time where we thought we might just have to pack it all in, altogether. We interviewed clients, some old, some new, asked uncomfortable questions, and listened harder than ever. Slowly, something clearer and more authentic began to emerge: an Alchemy that’s still just Jess & Dave at its core, but sharper in focus, warmer in tone, and unmistakably geared toward outcomes rather than noise.
We’re not sure about you, but there is a lot of noise in the agency space at the moment and we never want to blend into the category of ‘all mouth and no trousers’. But speaking to people we work with, it was reassuring to discover that what we do does add value, people like working with us and so that spurred us on. Thank you!

The layout steers you straight to what matters: practical resources, honest success stories, and a little green WhatsApp button that lets you fire us a question without booking a formal call. We’ve even dusted off the microphone for Brand To Scale, a podcast where we’ll share real‑world victories (and the odd face‑plant) that come with aligning brand, marketing, and sales.
Through all of this, one principle guided us: better, not bigger. We’re still the same compact duo, only now our brand wears clothes that fit. When a project needs extra hands, we’ll invite the right specialists we’ve trusted for years, but we’ll never add layers of process just to look “big.” That agility is what lets us focus on what you actually need, whether it’s senior‑level strategy for a quarter or a sprint to nail your brand voice once and for all.
