Project Summary

Healthy HR is a UK-based HR consultancy helping modern businesses build stronger, healthier workplace cultures. At its core is Yasmin Neves, a founder with sharp strategic instincts, deep empathy, and a clear ambition to make HR less reactive, more human, and truly embedded in long-term business success.

Alchemy Studio partnered with Yasmin to overhaul the Healthy HR brand from the ground up. The project included a full brand strategy workshop, messaging strategy, identity design, and a new website. The result is a brand that finally reflects the intelligence, energy, and authority behind the work.

The Client Challenge

Healthy HR already had a solid reputation for being reliable, thoughtful, and people-first. But as the business grew and the ambition behind it evolved, the brand needed to catch up. While the original identity had served well in the early stages, it lacked the structure and distinction to reflect the clarity of Yasmin’s thinking or the full depth of her offer. The messaging felt a little too safe, and the website, though functional, was not equipped to support the next phase of growth.

The challenge was twofold: first, to make the Healthy HR brand feel as smart and clear as its founder. Second, to turn the website into a tool that could speak to multiple audiences, including startups, overwhelmed HR managers, and values-led CEOs, without losing coherence.

Yasmin was ready to scale her visibility, step more into thought leadership, and build long-term digital assets that reflected the full scope of her impact. But nothing in the existing brand identity supported that ambition.

Healthy HR - Workshop

The Workshop That Changed Everything

Before design or wireframes came a full-day brand workshop. That session changed the shape of everything.

Yasmin brought insight, clarity and a quiet confidence about what the brand could be that gave us the perfect strategic foundation. It was less of a brainstorm and more of a calibration. She knew her audiences inside out. She’d just never seen them clearly represented on screen.

We uncovered three detailed personas:

  • The SME Owner – trying to fix the culture without internal HR
  • The Overwhelmed HR Manager – stuck in firefighting mode
  • The Conscious Entrepreneur – balancing rapid growth with team wellbeing
Healthy HR Audience

Each of these personas had distinct pain points, languages, and desired outcomes, and Yasmin had already spent years responding to their needs. Our job was to capture that experience in a structured system.

We pulled direct quotes from Yasmin that went on to become strategic copy points, headlines, and tone cues. She told us, “Many business owners feel overwhelmed by HR challenges because they don’t have dedicated resources.” That became the jumping-off point for half the messaging framework.

The workshop also helped clarify what the brand wasn’t. It wasn’t corporate, wasn’t cold, and definitely wasn’t trying to be everything to everyone. It was structured, emotionally intelligent, and confidently opinionated.

Attending a branding workshop with Alchemy Branding Studio was an incredible experience. From the outset, I felt truly seen and heard. Jess and Dave took the time to deeply understand my vision and values. They were able to help me articulate thoughts and feelings I’d been struggling to put into words, which was an amazing breakthrough. Their ability to capture and shape my ideas so perfectly was brilliant, and I feel confident and excited to be on this journey with them and can’t wait to see the final outcome!

The Brand Identity

From the start, we knew this identity needed to feel calm but structured. Confident, but not loud. Distinct, but deeply usable across professional contexts like pitch decks, social media, and printed toolkits.

Visual System

The logo system includes a clean wordmark and a geometric icon. The icon is a set of intertwined loops forming a star, symbolising collaboration, clarity, and energy. It also gives the brand flexibility: it appears in hero banners, social corners, footer backgrounds, and even as a texture across print collateral.

The colour palette moves away from the HR default of muted blues and greys. Instead, we introduced:

  • Growth Green: professional, fresh, stabilising
  • Healthy Pink and Happy Pink: soft accents that keep the brand human and warm
  • Raspberry and Sage: used sparingly for depth and energy

Typography

We paired Loretta, an elegant serif, with DM Sans, a modern sans-serif with excellent legibility. Loretta does the heavy lifting in headings, establishing a confident tone of voice, while DM Sans supports clarity and accessibility in body copy and longer-form articles.

This typography combination was chosen deliberately to signal that Healthy HR isn’t fluff or filler, it’s a place where careful thought and clear communication meet.

Tone of Voice

The tone had to do more than sound nice. It needed to guide decision-makers to action.

From the messaging work, we developed a tone that’s:

  • Empathetic but assertive (“Let’s create solutions that work for everyone”)
  • Professional but relatable (“Healthy relationships lead to thriving teams”)
  • Inspiring but grounded (“Great leaders invest in great teams”)

Every sentence was written to balance emotional intelligence with actionability.

The previous website listed services, had a contact page, and did the basics. But it didn’t reflect the complexity of Yasmin’s work or the emotional value of what she offers. So we rebuilt it from scratch, content, structure, and flow.

The previous website listed services, had a contact page, and did the basics. But it didn’t fully reflect the depth of Yasmin’s work or the emotional value of what she offers. So we rebuilt it from scratch, content, structure, and flow.

The new site was designed to create breathing space while giving prospective clients everything they needed to make a decision. Key elements included:

  1. Audience-Led Messaging
Instead of a dedicated “Who We Help” page, we used insights from the brand workshop to shape messaging across the site. We spoke directly to the SME owner, the overstretched HR manager, and the conscious leader, using real language and real pain points so visitors feel seen from the very first scroll.
  2. Clear Service Information
We introduced a Services page with benefit-led copy that explains what Yasmin offers, how she works, and why it matters. There’s no jargon, just clarity and calm confidence.
  3. Flexible Content Areas
The site is built with future growth in mind, including space for blogs, insights, and thought leadership content. This allows Yasmin to grow her authority as the business expands, without needing another redesign.
  4. Call to Action
CTAs, such as “Book a call” and “Let’s talk,” are placed clearly and naturally throughout the site. They’re inviting, not pushy, designed to support action without pressure.

We also built mobile-first, ensuring every layout, button, and page structure worked seamlessly on the go. Many of Yasmin’s clients are time-poor and mobile-first, so it was crucial that the experience stayed clean, responsive, and easy to navigate.

The Impact

It’s early days, but the shift is already clear. The new brand has given Yasmin the tools to show up with more clarity and confidence, from how she talks about her work to how it’s presented online. The visual identity, messaging, and tone now reflect the depth of her offer and the direction she’s growing into.

Internally, the brand guidelines have become a touchstone for consistency, shaping everything from client comms to pitch decks. The website gives prospective clients a clearer understanding of what Healthy HR stands for, and most importantly, it feels like Yasmin: smart, supportive, and quietly assured.

While it’s only been live for a week, the foundation is in place. Healthy HR is now positioned not just as a helpful partner but as a strategic voice in the conversation around culture, leadership, and growth.
