Belle Vitale Wellness

Building a brand experience that balances strength, stillness, and sisterhood

What We Did:

  • Brand strategy, tone of voice, and identity system
  • Website design and development
  • Launch content and social media campaign assets

Project Summary

Belle Vitale Wellness is a boutique fitness and wellness space in the heart of Llanover, Abergavenny. Founded by Suzanne, a long-time personal trainer with a loyal following, Belle Vitale was born from a simple insight: women deserve a space that honours their strength without sacrificing softness.

We partnered with Suzanne to craft the full Belle Vitale experience from name and visual identity to a custom Showit website and a bank of social content ready to fuel their launch campaign. The result is a brand that radiates calm confidence, a website that converts, and a community space that already feels like home.

The Client Challenge

Suzanne knew exactly what she didn’t want: the typical gym brand.

No shouty bold caps. No clichés about “beast mode.” No cold, corporate minimalism. And definitely nothing pink for the sake of it.

What she needed was clarity. A way to translate the physical space, the natural textures, the curated Technogym kit, the sense of safety and warmth, into a digital-first brand that would build trust, spark interest, and reflect the thoughtful design behind the scenes.

With the studio nearing completion, the brand had to come together fast. But speed couldn’t come at the expense of depth. The business deserved a brand with longevity, structure, and distinction.

The Solution

Strategy and Identity

We began with an in-depth brand strategy session. It quickly became clear this wasn’t just about fitness, it was about sanctuary. Belle Vitale is where women come to reset, reconnect, and rediscover what strength feels like in their own bodies. That sense of ritual and rhythm became our north star.

The name “Belle Vitale” carries layered meaning: beautiful vitality, a nod to femininity, power, and the Latin roots of wellness. The logo system reflects that too: a stack of abstract organic shapes forming a calm, balanced figure. It feels grounded and modern, but unmistakably soft. Three shapes. Three pillars: mind, body, and inner power.

We built a full brand identity with flexible logo variations, a refined earthy palette (dusty pinks, olive greens, calming neutrals), and typography that balances boldness with grace. The Sedra and Figtree pairing does exactly that, one for confidence, one for clarity.

The tone of voice? Quietly confident. Supportive. Occasionally cheeky. Always informed by real women’s experiences, never patronising or preachy.

Website Design

The Belle Vitale website had two jobs: introduce the brand and convert visitors into bookings. The visual language was carried through with consistency, soft shapes, calm spacing, and high-contrast moments of energy. Built in Showit, the site is fully responsive and structured to move seamlessly from inspiration to action.

  • The homepage greets users with calm authority: a clear mission, inviting photography, and immediate access to explore or book.
  • The classes page gives just enough detail on what to expect, how to book, and why each class matters.
  • The about page introduces Suzanne and the ethos behind the studio without slipping into bio fatigue.
  • The booking integration was designed for clarity and ease, using ClubRight and framed in a way that still feels on-brand.

Every scroll is intentional. No fluff. No jargon. Just clarity, warmth, and momentum.

Social Launch Assets

We didn’t stop at the brand and site. We also created a bank of launch-ready social content: countdowns, class teasers and studio previews all grounded in the brand aesthetic. The goal: build buzz without burnout. Show up polished, not shouty.

We also supplied templates so the Belle Vitale team could continue creating content independently, without losing brand cohesion.

The Impact

Belle Vitale opened its doors with a fully formed identity, one that looked, sounded, and felt consistent across every touchpoint.

The visual presence sparked immediate social engagement. Locals recognised the quality and attention to detail before even stepping through the door. The website began converting interest into bookings within 24 hours of launch. Suzanne now has a scalable digital brand she can grow with, whether that means adding new classes, instructors, or services down the line.

And most importantly, the brand holds its own. It doesn’t need Suzanne to explain it. It speaks for itself.

Final Thought

This wasn’t about “branding a gym.” It was about building a wellness destination that feels as thoughtful as the woman who created it.

Suzanne brought the vision. We brought the structure, strategy, and execution.

If your brand has outgrown your visuals or you’re building something that deserves to be seen, felt, and trusted from day one, we’d love to help you do the same.

Let’s build something beautiful and built to last.
