Project Summary

Web Marketer had the strategy. They had the insights. They had the podcast. What they didn’t have, yet, was a brand identity that could bring it all together visually, and a content engine to get it out into the world.

We stepped in to create a podcast brand identity rooted in their existing aesthetic, and now run every aspect of the content execution: from visuals and captions to campaign planning and scheduling. What began as a design brief has evolved into a long-term partnership, one that delivers structure, consistency, and standout creative across every channel the podcast touches.

The Challenge

When Louis and Maelien at Web Marketer set out to launch The B2B Performance Marketing Podcast, they had one goal: cut through the noise and speak plainly about what actually works in B2B advertising.

They already had a strong visual brand, but podcasting demands its own creative rules. Content needs to be fast, consistent, and platform-aware. It needs to look good on Spotify thumbnails and LinkedIn carousels alike. And it needs a visual identity that feels part of the parent brand, without being a carbon copy.

At the same time, the Web Marketer team didn’t want to handle the ongoing social grind. They needed a partner who could not only bring the visuals to life but carry the campaign workload too, writing copy, creating assets, and managing the whole publishing schedule.

That’s where we came in.

What We Did

Our work began with building the brand identity for the podcast and quickly evolved into a fully embedded content partnership.

1. Designed to Perform
We started by creating a visual system tailored to the podcast’s unique needs. Drawing from Web Marketer’s existing look and feel, we developed:

  • A bold, minimal visual identity that works across video, audio, and social
  • Spotify and YouTube thumbnail templates for consistent, on-brand presentation
  • Clear, legible type styling for mobile-first feeds
  • Design assets that keep the podcast instantly recognisable, no matter the format

2. Campaign-Led Social Content
Beyond the visuals, we took on the full responsibility of producing the podcast’s content marketing. This includes:

  • Bi-monthly content campaigns to support each new episode
  • Full scripting of all social copy, including teaser posts, quote cards, bloopers, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Clipping and editing video teasers tailored to platform-specific formats
  • Designing all visuals and layouts to match the podcast’s identity
  • Scheduling all content across Web Marketer’s platforms
