Three brand launches. Four case studies. One competitive director.
June wasn’t just busy, it was stacked. We took three brands across the line, published four detailed case studies, continued our long-term podcast rollout work for Web Marketer and released a new episode of our podcast, Brand To Scale. Somewhere in the middle of all that, our director, Dave, managed to compete in three fitness competitions.
This is what effective branding for small businesses looks like: real projects, real deadlines, and proper delivery.
Be Business Fit: From Consultancy to Leadership Brand
Sam Heighway came to us with a strong consultancy, years of experience, and a deep belief that leadership problems don’t start with strategy, they start with behaviour. What she didn’t have was a brand that reflected the sharp clarity of her thinking.

We rebuilt Be Business Fit from the ground up:
- Full-day brand workshop
- Brand strategy and messaging
- Visual identity
- Website design and development
- Social media asset rollout
The result is a values-led leadership brand that speaks with authority and empathy just like Sam does. It’s a perfect example of branding for small businesses that need clarity and confidence.

Healthy HR: Repositioned and Rebuilt for Impact
Yasmin Neves had a strong business with a loyal client base, but the brand and website didn’t reflect the strategic depth of her work. She wasn’t just offering HR services; she was helping organisations change their culture from the inside out.

We repositioned Healthy HR as what it truly is: a strategic culture consultancy. That meant reshaping everything:
- Core messaging and tone of voice
- Visual identity and brand system
- Full website redesign
- Launch content and social support
This is branding for small businesses done with purpose, not just aesthetics.

Belle Vitale Wellness: Building a Brand From Day One
Belle Vitale was launching something new, a luxury wellness space designed to help people feel strong, centred, and cared for. We came in before day one to help define what that should look and feel like.

We guided the entire brand journey:
- Brand naming and positioning
- Visual identity and brand guidelines
- Website design and build
- Launch content and social templates
It’s a brand that feels calm, confident, and premium without being cold. A classic case of using branding for small businesses to position a high-end offer from the ground up.

Web Marketer: Keeping the Momentum Going
We’ve been working with the Web Marketer team on their podcast since launch. June saw the continuation of that long-term content engine, and this kind of ongoing work is where our systems really shine.

For each episode of the B2B Performance Marketing Podcast, we deliver:
- YouTube and Spotify thumbnails
- Social clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
- Campaign captions and scheduling
- Strategic rollout plans and content calendars
Smart branding lives through every channel long after the logo is signed off.

Case Studies: Behind the Work
We don’t just build. We explain.
In June, we published four in-depth case studies that walk through the thinking, the execution, and the outcomes for some of our biggest recent projects:
- Be Business Fit
- Healthy HR
- Belle Vitale Wellness
- Web Marketer

If you’re looking for examples of branding for small businesses that actually drive growth, this is a great place to start.

- Multi-platform rollout (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
- Strategic content planning and audience growth
Echo Works handles:

Off the Clock (Sort of)…
Dave, our director, isn’t just running a creative studio. He’s apparently trying to outrun physics, too.

This month, he competed in:
- Hyrox
- Turf Games
- Gym Sync
Yes, all in June. Yes, he still showed up to strategy meetings on time. No, we don’t know how he’s still upright either.
While it’s easy to focus on deliverables, we also think it’s worth celebrating consistency, discipline, and resilience, in and out of the business.
What’s Next?
July’s shaping up to be no quieter.
We’ve got:
- One new animation project is entering production
- Strategy workshops already booked in
- More case studies going live
- A brand audit programme that’s generating strong leads
If you’re reading this and wondering whether your brand is pulling its weight, it might be time to chat.

Branding for small businesses that need to look the part, sound the part, and grow with confidence.
